Creative + customer acquisition systems for product brands

From attention
to customers.

We turn products into advertising people notice — and build the systems that turn that attention into measurable customer growth. Built primarily for brands selling physical products.

01

We turn products into advertising

You get finished commercial creative.

Written, directed, produced and cut to make your product stand out — and to give your paid campaigns fresh angles to test, before the ones you’re running quietly get more expensive.

We build the path to purchase

You get the path that turns interest into a customer.

The traffic that brings the right people in, the product or offer page they land on, the conversion path itself, and the follow-up that moves interested people closer to buying — connected and measured end to end.

This is the Customer Acquisition System ↗

Most brands start with one of these. Some need both. If you only need the first, we’ll say so — and if neither is your real problem, we’ll say that too.

The thesis

Attention without conversion is expensive. Conversion without attention is invisible.

Most product brands have one half of the system. They either generate attention with no reliable path to purchase — or they build a beautiful path nobody ever sees. Customer acquisition happens when both sides work together.

Problem 01
Attention

A great product can sit on a great website forever if the right people never see it.

Path incomplete
Problem 02
Conversion

Beautiful product advertising can create attention. But attention does not become revenue if the path to purchase is broken.

The system

Two systems.
One outcome.

Every business doesn’t need the entire Sweet Build system. Some already have acquisition infrastructure and simply need better creative. Others need the complete path built from attention to conversion. That’s why there are two ways to work with us.

System 01 / Create attention

Commercial
Creative System

Fresh commercial creative for product brands that can’t afford to let their ads wear out.

Paid media burns through product creative faster than traditional production can replace it. We build new angles on your product, lock direction before production, and deliver finished commercials ready for the placements you actually buy.

System 02 / Turn attention into customers

Customer
Acquisition System

We build the path from product attention to customer acquisition.

We connect the pieces that usually operate separately — creative, traffic, product presentation, conversion and follow-up — into one measurable acquisition system.

System 01 / The creative layer

Ads decay. Your creative shouldn’t be the reason.

Nobody’s creative fails all at once. It wears out. The hook stops landing, the audience has seen it too many times, and the cost per result quietly increases. The answer isn’t endlessly editing the same advertisement. The answer is new angles on the same product.

Stage 01 / Direction Day 01–03

Direction

One call about your product, your buyer, and what your current product ads aren’t doing. Then we write it down — the idea, the exact words, the shots. You read a short document and approve it before we produce anything. If the idea is wrong, this is the cheap place to find out.

What you do: one call, one read, one approval.

Stage 02 / Production Day 04–06

Production

We build the film — and the angles around it. Same product, six different ways to sell it: macro, motion, hero, flat lay, backlit, splash. Visuals, voice, music, sound, colour and edit. It runs on an AI production pipeline directed by people, which is why it takes days instead of weeks and needs no crew, no location and no reshoot budget.

What you do: nothing. This week is ours.

You don’t watch unfinished experiments. The next thing you see is the finished film.

Stage 03 / Delivery Day 07

Delivery

On day seven you get the finished commercial — plus versions cut for where you actually run ads. Vertical for Reels, Stories and TikTok. Square for the feed. Wide for YouTube and your website. Same film, three shapes, ready to upload.

What you do: upload them and run them. You own them outright, for any use.

System 02 / The acquisition layer

Every customer journey has a leak.

Traffic is only useful if it reaches the right product page. Interest is only valuable if it is followed up. A good product is only bought if the path to purchase is obvious. The Customer Acquisition System connects the journey — from the product itself to the customer.

Not every product is bought with an instant checkout.

Some are added to a cart at midnight. Others need a conversation, a quote or a showroom visit first. We build for both — the conversion path changes depending on how the product is sold. The system architecture does not.

Module 01 / Product + offer foundation

Define what makes the product worth buying

Before any spend moves, we write down who it is for, why it wins, and what counts as a conversion.

Module 02 / Creative + traffic

Get the right people to the product

This is where System 01 plugs into System 02. Most performance agencies treat creative as someone else’s job and wait on it. We build the creative engine and the acquisition system, so fresh angles feed the campaigns continuously instead of arriving late.

Module 03 / Conversion

Make the path to purchase obvious

One page doing one job — presenting the product and making the next step unmissable, whether that step is a cart or a conversation.

Module 04 / Follow-up + retention

Don’t let interested customers disappear

Most product spend leaks after the first visit. Abandoned carts, unanswered enquiries and one-time buyers who never come back are all the same problem: nothing followed up.

Module 05 / Measurement

Why this way

What you stop managing.

Most product acquisition problems aren’t strategy problems. They’re coordination problems — six people, four tools, and nobody who owns the gap between them.

Without a system
  • Creative disconnected from paid traffic
  • Traffic disconnected from the product page
  • Conversion leaks hidden between stages
  • Customers lost after the first visit
  • Multiple specialists to coordinate
  • Nobody owning the gaps
With Sweet Build
  • Creative connected to acquisition
  • One product acquisition architecture
  • Connected stages
  • Defined ownership
  • Visible conversion path
  • Measurable handoffs
The system behind the system

Every engagement runs on Handoff.

Good work doesn’t fail because people don’t know what to do. It fails because ownership, scope and deadlines disappear between people. Handoff is the software your engagement runs on — scope, stages, approvals, revisions and reporting, in one place both sides can see. You don’t buy it, licence it or learn it. It’s simply how we work.

01 · Scope

Scope as contract, not a PDF

Scopes are locked and versioned. You accept yours on a private link — and if the scope is edited afterwards, that link refuses rather than binding you to something you never read. Extra work opens a new version with its own price instead of quietly disappearing into the month.

Locked scopeAccepted by linkChange orders
02 · Approvals

Approve from a WhatsApp link in ten seconds

Gates pause the pipeline for a named approver with an agreed deadline. One tap, no login, no password. Twelve items due at once are marked in a single sitting. If work sits waiting, the system reminds and escalates on its own — and says so out loud instead of quietly absorbing the delay.

One-tap linksApproval SLABatch approvals
03 · Revisions

“Round seven” becomes a number, not a feeling

Every deliverable shows revisions used against revisions included. Briefs are versioned and locked on agreement — edit one after sign-off and the software calls it a change order, which is the honest name for it.

Revision budgetsVersioned briefs
04 · Visibility

See the work without asking for an update

A passwordless portal shows work in flight, scope, approvals, files and the delivery calendar. Anyone who will never log into anything gets a single read-only link instead. Every stage has a named owner, and the internal conversation stays internal.

Magic-link portalRead-only work linkDelivery calendar
05 · Reporting

The monthly report writes itself from the work

Delivered against promised, revisions used, and how long each side took — assembled from actual delivery data, frozen when published, signed off by you. It opens with the answer instead of a list of tasks.

Delivered vs promisedTurnaround, both sidesFrozen snapshot
06 · Capacity

Deadlines that hold, because capacity is measured

No estimates and no timesheets. Handoff measures how long each stage actually takes and prices the week against that — which is why a delivery window is a commitment rather than a hope.

Measured, not estimatedNo timesheets

Acquisition proof

The acquisition system is new. We’ll show the architecture before we show numbers.

Until real acquisition case studies exist, the proof we put in front of you is the system architecture, the implementation process and the quality of the build — not a performance claim we can’t stand behind.

Path 02 · Customer Acquisition System

The acquisition system is a structured implementation, not a monthly menu of services. It runs in three defined steps, and each one has to be finished before the next is worth paying for.

Step 01 · Entry point

Product Acquisition Audit

Fixed fee · [PRICE]

We map what already exists and where it leaks. You leave with a documented acquisition blueprint identifying where attention is being lost before it becomes a customer — whether or not we build it.

  • Product positioning & existing creative
  • Traffic
  • Product / offer presentation
  • Conversion path
  • Follow-up & retention
  • Measurement gaps
Step 02 · Implementation

Acquisition System Build

Fixed scope project · [PRICE]

A defined implementation project with a fixed scope, a stated implementation period and documented modules.

  • Modules scoped from the audit
  • Defined implementation period
  • Client gates at each stage
  • Handover documentation
Step 03 · After the build

Ongoing Optimization

Monthly · [PRICE]

Only available once the system is operational. Optimising a system that doesn’t exist yet is just spending.

  • Creative cycles feeding traffic
  • Conversion path iteration
  • Follow-up tuning
  • Stage-level reporting
Quality and responsibility

For creative

If the finished commercial doesn’t match the approved brief, that’s ours to fix.

For acquisition

We build, track and optimize the system we agree to build. We don’t promise a number of customers without understanding your product, pricing, sales process, capacity and market.

FAQ

The questions that actually get asked.

Commercial creative
Is this AI-generated?
Yes — production runs on an AI pipeline, directed and finished by people who have shipped commercial work across nine markets. The direction, the edit and the standard are human.
Why is this different from a production house?
A production house sells you a shoot. We sell you a supply of angles. There is no crew, no location and no reshoot cost, so a new idea costs a cycle rather than a budget round.
Do you run the ads?
Not under System 01 — you or your media buyer run them, and we supply the creative. If you want the campaigns, tracking and conversion path built and run as one system, that is System 02.
Why are there no traditional revision rounds?
Sign-off happens on written direction before production starts, which is the point where changes are cheap. Once direction is locked, we build it. Changes after that open a change order with its own price rather than quietly eating the schedule.
Who owns the finished creative?
You do, in full, for any use.
Customer acquisition
Do you guarantee customers?
No. We guarantee the system we agree to build, and we measure what it does. Anyone promising a customer count before seeing your pricing, capacity and sales process is guessing.
Which advertising channels do you use?
Whichever ones your buyers are actually on — usually Meta and Google, sometimes YouTube or TikTok. Channels are chosen in the audit, not sold to you as a package upfront.
We sell through retailers, not online. Does this still work?
Often yes. The conversion path changes — an enquiry, a stockist locator or a distributor conversation instead of a checkout — but the system architecture is the same. What we won’t do is claim we can measure a sale that happens on someone else’s shelf; we’ll be clear at the audit about what is trackable and what isn’t.
Do you build the product pages and landing pages?
Yes. Conversion is a module of the system, not an add-on — a product page with a cart and checkout path, or a landing page with an enquiry flow, depending on how your product is actually bought.
Do you set up CRM, automation and abandoned cart flows?
Yes — pipeline, email sequences, WhatsApp where it applies, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase and repeat-purchase flows. We work inside your existing stack where you have one, and set one up where you don’t.
What happens after the system is built?
You own it. Everything is documented and handed over. Ongoing optimization is optional and only makes sense once the system is running.
Who handles the sales calls?
You do. We build the path that puts a qualified, followed-up lead in front of your team — closing stays with the people who know your product and pricing.
Is this suitable for every business?
No. Sweet Build is primarily built for established brands selling physical products — that’s where our commercial creative and acquisition systems are fastest and most repeatable. We can assess other businesses where the acquisition journey fits our systems, but product brands are our strongest fit. You also need capacity to handle new customers, a reasonable advertising budget, and a defined sales process or the willingness to implement one.
